AtlasV Global Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") built this App to provide you with cutting-edge AI photo generation tools. Because you are entrusting us with your personal photos on your Android device, we believe you deserve absolute transparency. This highly detailed Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we protect it, and your rights under global privacy laws.

• We do NOT train AI on your face: Your photos are used only to generate the specific image you requested. We do not use your inputs to train foundational AI models.
• Rapid Auto-Deletion: Your uploaded photos and face data are automatically deleted from our active servers within 7 days after generation.
• No Biometric Tracking: We do not use your data to identify you in the real world or build facial recognition databases.

1. The Data We Collect & Android Permissions

To provide our AI templates and ensure the App runs smoothly, we collect the following categories of information:

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Photos & Face Data (Core Functionality): When you use our generation tools, you upload images. We collect these image files and extract facial contours, features, and topological data ("Face Data") strictly to apply our AI templates.
• Account Data: If you create an account, we collect your email address, profile name, and a unique user ID.
• Customer Support: Any text, screenshots, or logs you provide when contacting our support team.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We collect your device model, Android OS version, screen resolution, system language, time zone, and available storage space.
• Usage & Analytics Data: We track how you interact with the App (e.g., which templates you use, session duration, click rates, and crash logs) to identify bugs and improve user experience.

C. Android Device Permissions

We will prompt you for the following Android permissions:

• Camera & Media/Storage (READMEDIAIMAGES): Required to allow you to take a photo or select an existing image from your Android gallery for AI processing. You can revoke this at any time in your Android Settings.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to alert you when your AI generation is complete or when new templates are released.

2. How We Process AI & Face Data

Google Play requires strict adherence to biometric and sensitive data policies. Here is our unwavering commitment regarding your Face Data:

• Secure Cloud Processing: AI generation requires massive computing power. We securely transmit your photos and Face Data to trusted cloud AI rendering partners (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI]).
• Strictly No AI Training: We enforce strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Neither we nor our third-party partners use your personal photos or Face Data to train, fine-tune, or improve our own or third-party foundational AI models.
• Permanent Deletion Lifecycle: Once your AI image is generated and delivered to your Android device, the original photo and extracted Face Data are permanently and automatically wiped from our active cloud servers within 7 days. We do not retain a "face dictionary" of our users.

3. Advertising, Marketing & Google Ad ID (AAID)

To support the free features of the App and understand user acquisition, we work with third-party advertising and analytics networks.

• Facebook (Meta) SDK & Marketing: We integrate the Facebook SDK to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (e.g., tracking how many users installed the App after clicking our ad on Facebook).
• What Data is Shared: This SDK collects your device's Android Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device information, and "App Events" (such as app launches, completed generations, or in-app purchases). This data helps us deliver relevant ads and analyze user engagement.
• Your Control & Opt-Out (AAID): You have absolute control over personalized advertising directly through your Android device settings. You can reset or delete your AAID at any time.
  • To opt-out, navigate to your device Settings > Google > Ads > Privacy > Ads (path may vary by device) and select "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
  • If you delete your AAID, the Facebook SDK will not be able to track your device for personalized advertising purposes, and we will honor this system-level opt-out in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

4. Data Security & Retention

• Encryption: All data transferred between your Android device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+). Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest (AES-256).
• Access Control: We employ Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC). Our engineering and support staff cannot arbitrarily view your uploaded photos or Generated Content.
• Retention: Aside from the rapid deletion of Face Data (within 48 hours), basic account data (like your email) is retained only as long as your account remains active.

5. Content Safety & Children's Privacy

• UGC Safety: We enforce strict User-Generated Content (UGC) rules in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies. We use automated hash-matching and AI filters to block the upload or generation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), deepfakes of public figures, and extreme violence.
• Age Limit: The App is completely restricted from anyone under 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately for deletion.

6. Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in Europe and CCPA in California), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.

How to Delete Your Data:

You have the "right to be forgotten." To request the permanent deletion of your data and account profile, simply email us at support@muselab.tech with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will securely wipe your information from our servers and irrevocably sever your connection to our services within the legally required timeframe (usually within 30 days). (This process ensures our compliance with Google Play's Data Safety web-based deletion requirements).

7. Updates & Contact Info

As AI regulations evolve and we introduce new features, this Privacy Policy will be updated. Material changes will be communicated via in-app push notifications or dialog boxes before taking effect. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest version.
